A world-class tree collection with beautiful seasonal colour, easy trails, and a great café. Especially stunning in autumn.

A beautiful 18th-century ornamental garden with stunning viewpoints. A must-visit during snowdrop season in February.
Stroud Farmers' Market
One of the best-known farmers' markets in the region. Great for local produce, street food, and a brilliant Saturday morning atmosphere.
Afternoon Tea at The Painswick
Classic afternoon tea in a beautiful boutique hotel. A lovely treat, especially paired with a visit to Painswick Rococo Garden.
Highgrove Gardens
Beautifully maintained Royal gardens near Tetbury, open for guided tours on selected dates between April and October.
Tetbury Goods Shed Arts Centre
A community arts centre with exhibitions, events, and a café. A great rainy-day option in Tetbury.
Minchinhampton Common
Big open National Trust commonland with excellent views and easy roaming. Popular for sunset walks and a classic Cotswolds feel.
Cotswold Water Park (Cotswold Lakes)
A vast lakes area with miles of walking and cycling paths, birdwatching, watersports, and family activities.
