What are the check-in and check-out times? +

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am.

If you need a slightly earlier check-in or later check-out, just drop us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking? +

Yes — there is space for one car on the driveway directly outside the cottage in front of the bins. If you have a second car, there is free on-street parking at the bottom of the lane.

What is the Wi-Fi password? +

Wi-Fi details are provided on arrival.

Where do I put the rubbish? +

The bins are kept at the back of the parking space. The black bin is for general waste. If you have recycling then leave that in the porch as we have separate bags for that.

Please note the green bin is for our garden waste — please don’t use it.

Where are the nearest supermarkets? +
How do I use the TV? +

Press the power button on the TV remote, then press Home to open the main menu. Use the arrow buttons to choose what you want:

  • HDMI for any connected device
  • Apps such as streaming services

Press OK (in the middle of the arrows) to select. Use Volume + / − to adjust sound. Press Back or Home to return to the main menu.

If you want to use a streaming app

  1. Press Home
  2. Open the app you want
  3. Log in with your own account if needed

If the TV is not showing anything

  1. Check the TV is switched on
  2. Press Home
  3. Select the correct input / HDMI source
